If you did not receive a letter with an offer from us and would like Daybrook Land to make you an offer, simply follow the steps below and let us know about your land.

02:  We Review the Details

After we know you are interested in selling your land, we check the parcel using public records and maps to confirm ownership and basic attributes.

03:  Receive a Fair Cash Offer

We send a clear, written cash offer with no hidden fees. If it looks good, we move forward; if not, no pressure.

(Usually 24-48 hours after your property is reviewed.)

04:  Quick Due Diligence

If you accept, we verify title, taxes, and access. We also send a representative to view the land in person. It is a hassle-free process that we handle for you. 

(Typically 1–2 weeks.)

05: Sign & Close

We coordinate closing with a local title company. We cover closing costs and simplify paperwork so you don’t have to worry.

(Closing timeline: often 2–6 weeks from acceptance.)

06:  Get Paid

You receive cash at closing. We make the process straightforward and respectful from start to finish
